As the purchaser of digital audio files you are responsible for downloading the files as well as providing suitable equipment for this purpose. You are also responsible for providing suitable equipment and software in order to use purchased downloads.

Download speeds and duration are dependent on the internet connection speed of the customer, and this should be taken into account when purchasing and downloading high resolution files.


All products purchased through the Encore Vocal Choir website are delivered either (a) electronically by digital download or (b) as physical product by posted / mailed delivery.

For either a physical product to be delivered or a download to be purchased and delivered securely and electronically, a customer account must be created. Once purchase is completed, a purchased download will be immediately available in the 'Downloads' area of the customer account and an email notification of the purchase will be sent to the email address provided with the account. If the order and downloads are not listed in your account, please contact Encore vocal choir’ and we will look into the issue further.

Due to the nature of our business there may occasionally be short delays in shipping CDs in busy periods, but we will endeavour to keep these delays to a minimum.


Downloads (and unsealed physical product in good working order) may not be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product. Defective physical product and sealed physical product will be accepted as returns. If you are unable to complete the download process or wish us to provide a replacement for a file that is defective please contact us. You understand that some products may include content that you may consider offensive or otherwise objectionable. Although we will attempt to make such content clear, you agree that we shall have no liability to you for content within the downloads that may be found to be offensive or otherwise objectionable.
