I joined Encore because I was looking for a group that would perform contemporary songs and one that wouldn't need me to be able to read music.

I love singing, but haven't had any training other than karaoke nights! I love Encore for the closeness of the group, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and for the opportunity to learn singing techniques to improve my voice. It's so much fun to perform as a group and to learn all kinds of different songs with a group of friends.

I stopped singing in choirs and groups many many years ago and only sang around the house mainly when everyone was out. I had completely lost all confidence and the thought of an audition to join a new group was just too much. My friend Gilli had been a member of your Storrington group for some time and kept saying how good you two were and how much fun it was so when you came to Worthing I decided to be brave and dip my toe back in the water. So glad I did and I loved the Christmas concert. Would definitely recommend xx

I’ve always loved to sing tho it’s been many years since my church choir days. I’ve also lost some self confidence and don’t read music. Encore’s advert... ‘Do you like singing in the shower...’ grabbed my attention.

After mulling it over for a while I finally plucked up the courage and went along. I’m so glad I did. 😃

Kerri and Liz make our singing sessions such fun, we learn all genres of music and everyone is so friendly. I’ve gained self confidence in my singing and made friends along the way. I’d definitely recommend giving it a go... you’ll be sure to have a great time. 👍🏻🎼

I enjoy singing and loved the idea of being in a choir that wasn’t formal and that you didn’t have to audition for.

Wanted to find something that was just “my” thing! Needed the feel-good factor and was delighted there was no audition!

Always recommending Encore. Can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from the whole brilliant experience!

A few of us tried a couple of other choir options but they didn't hit the mark. I got a flyer through my door and have loved every minute since !! I love the songs and the harmonies and, together, we are a lovely singing family ! I also love the fact that Liz and Kerri have been so positive through the lockdown and their creativity and passion has meant that we have been able to continue singing. I would definitely recommend Encore !

I joined Encore because I’ve always enjoyed singing, I did join a group in the past, but never felt I fitted in, but whether it was because we all joined at the same time, it just felt so nice and friendly right from the first week. I would always recommend you to family and friends x

Saw the ad on Facebook and went along. Met my neighbour Sue there which was a surprise to us both!!

Loved it from the first moment. No pressure and no reading music and learning lyrics off by heart. An amazing group of lovely friendly people and a lot of laughs. Would recommend to everybody.
